Consultation calls are completely free.

For an hour individual session, the rate is $75.

For inquiries about educational experiences, retreats, workshops, and public speaking events, please contact me for a price quote.

I do not accept insurance at this time.

If you are looking for someone who takes your insurance, I am happy to make a referral.

When we have our first session, we will discuss how often would be best to meet. Healing is a process, and the number of sessions will be completely up to you and what you would like to work on.

I work with ages 10 and up.

If you want to discuss a client younger than 10, please set up a consultation call and we can see if it would be a good fit.

If you are in danger, please call 911. If you are having a mental health crisis and need immediate help, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Yes. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. I understand that life happens, and allow all clients one free missed session.

After your one “free pass,” clients will be charged the cost of the missed session.
